Failure to provide 48 hours' notice will result in a $25 inconvenience fee when booking your next appointment.
Appointments are held for 15 minutes. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes are considered a no-show and are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
